eLearning Storyboard Basics (eLM)

Created for: BGSU, June 2023

Design Tool: Genially

I designed and developed this course as part of my final project in IDT 6500 (Instructional Systems Design). Resting on the ADDIE model of design, this course  equips learners with a foundational understanding of storyboarding for eLearning. Learners will first assess a variety of storyboarding templates and evaluate their effectiveness. Learners then construct their own eLM Storyboard template using their knowledge of adult learning theory and the principles presented in this module.

This module is specifically developed for instructional designers, and guides learners through an overview of cognitive learning theory, introduces the three major components of information processing, and summarizes practical applications for cognitive learning theory.
