Instructor-Led Training
I design engaging instructor-led training experiences, creating both comprehensive slide decks and participant guides. My work focuses on delivering clear, interactive learning that supports both facilitators and learners.
Course Title: Module 2: Financial Management
Created for: Georgia City Solutions
This slide deck was part of a larger learning solution delivered to Georgia City Solutions, a voluntary, non-profit organization that provides legislative advocacy, educational, employee benefit and technical consulting services to its members. I was part of the instructional design team that designed and delivered learning solutions to support their Embrace program, which was built to help cities strengthen leadership, enhance collaboration, and drive community and workplace success.

Course Title: FPM 333: Progressive Business Cost & Financial Management
Created for: Stafford Consulting
This course was created during my time at Stafford Consulting. It is a Level III Federal Acquisition course that provides the foundation for effective cost estimating, federal budgeting, and implementing the Earned Value Management system (EVM) on projects and satisfies the business, cost, and financial management performance outcomes necessary for the Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) at the entry level.

Participant Guides
Click below to view samples of participant guides that I've developed for instructor-led training. These guides provide clear instructions and activities to support learner engagement and success.
Visual Design
I apply graphic design principles to structure information intuitively and prevent cognitive overload for learners.
Engagement
I integrate reflective prompts and collaborative exercises, I ensure learners remain mentally active and personally invested throughout the training journey.
Accessibility
I prioritize inclusive design by ensuring all guides are screen-reader friendly, high contrast, and logically structured.
