I am an instructional designer with several years of experience designing engaging, learner-centered courses that drive real behavior change. I create interactive e-learning courses, blended learning programs, and performance-focused training solutions that engage learners and drive measurable results. My work integrates traditional instructional design principles and emerging technologies like AI to enhance learning experiences.

I have experience designing and developing courses on a variety of topics, including Federal Acquisition and Procurement, HR/Compliance, Project Management, and Customer Service. ​​​

The projects in this portfolio include courses on topics such as time management for remote workers, where I structure content around challenges like procrastination, instant gratification, and perfectionism.  These projects showcase my skills in Rise 360, Synthesia, and PowerPoint, but I'm also proficient with Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and Canva.
